Go to personalize and select an Aero theme. Lastly, if that doesn't fix the problem, make sure that your display settings for Windows is set to Aero Theme.
Themes still greyed out? Force Enable Aero! Some drivers simply don't support WDDM(Windows Display Driver Model ), so you have to force enable Aero via a registry key.
